Hello

I am looking for software that does not cost too expensive.
actually i am in IB , and a day trade but its pretty difficult with that platform.
Yet one that seems to suit me best is prophet.net (35 dollars)
Is what someone uses it?
there is any slowdown when we open 5 window at the same time?
i use only a few technical indicator ( like stoch , bollinger , macd and ema)

ps :If you have another platform in the same price in mind go ahead

Thanks for any help

IB's platform is very versatile and customisable, and its API is the basis for many front-ends which make life even easier. So stay with IB and try TWS's own BookTrader where you can buy and sell with a single click, or if you want a third party application ButtonTrader is hard to beat, BracketTrader is more basic, simple and cheaper or free.

I am glad to find someone who also uses ib

If you use it you must have noticed that when you open several window (5 at the same time for me) , graphic and especially the technical indicator does not refresh all the time.

I found different program as quotetrader (not quotetracker) or Sierra charts.

1)These programs are they reliable and have charts that actualizes itself?

2)please tell me what programs used to have charts that actualizes itself and is not too expensive (i'm really need help)

thanks

QuoteTracker is free (if you can cope with an advert and less backfill), very inexpensive if you can't. It's very stable and has excellent support. Sierra comes recommended but I have no personal exp. and know nothing of QuoteTrader. IB's charts leave something to be desired, use them as a broker, and perhaps as a price feed.
