Is there a software:

with end of day US shares and futures feed,
and delayed intra day US shares and futures feed,
and doesn't break the bank to buy or subscribe,
and can be used offline,
and has good indicator support or programming capability?

If there is no such software, is there a website (free or paid) that supports all this?
