Build 771 is equivalent to service pack 4c. You need to install service pack 5, as explained here:

I dont know which will be best. I have been told maybe a couple of downloads from RT Soft ....Meta Server and IB loader should be ok.
Also someone suggested www.hypertrader.it.... has a solution but I havent got a clue which is best. And I dont want to be fiddling about too much with data problems and software changes
I only want live data since I get end of day already and never had a problem. I am seriously thinking about Tradestation securities to bypass all these problems but they are limited to USA markets I think and I am not too keen on the idea that they would be able to see all my analysis on their platform
Anyway if you could recommend a solid 3rd party that should work I would appreciate it

I have previously used both Metaserver RT and Hyperserver and in my view hyperserver is better. How many instruments are you wishing to monitor simultaneously as this is important. If you are interested in hyperserver then I suggest that you email them direct because their website is way out of date. The email I use is [email protected]

I will be looking at up to 30 instruments however tradestation wont have to be scanning them all the time at the same time
I was told by RT soft solutions that I will need metaserver and ib loader together...but I thought metaserver was just for collecting historical data.however I dont know.
I will take a look at hypertrader tho
