Here's what I wrote OwnData support but no response I'm hoping someone here can assist ....

I have a very urgent matter and if you could help me out that world be great. I'll explain the issue the best I can:
I have the following setup:
TS8.2
OwnData2 & eSignal feed
I take today as the latest example: I open a daily chart through esignal and it shows the latest daily bar 6/14. I then open the same chart with TS8.2 using OwnData2 & eSignal feed and the charts last bar is 6/13. This is my main issue and if resolved would help in many areas. Please advise how to have OwnData2 & eSignal feed show that latest bar through TS8.2. It seems that OwnData is not retrieving the latest data for some reason. I have tried refresh and clear cache and it still does the same. The only way it's able to correct is if I delete the symbol from OwnData and then input the symbol again, but of course this is not acceptable for each symbol daily. I know I must be missing a simple resolution and your help would be appreciated.
