prorealtime probs

Hi, is anyone else having difficulties with prorealtime, it doesnt seem to be working for me today,the workstation launcher isnt there.Any ideas:?:

Hi LQ,

They've added a question on the front page (after log on) about which language you require support in. You need to answer the question so that you get access to the launcher.
