Stock portfolio software

I'm looking for portfolio software to be used with stock position/swing trading. The software must be able to update EOD prices either form Metastock or ascci files, calculate new exit prices based on input of stops, take into account commissions and display the position exit date as well as as net P/L. Capability of keeping different accounts would be a big plus.
