How do you rate this brokerage? Are you satisfied with the order fills? It seems they offer rock bottom commissions but I've been told you can't trade during fast markets. Is that true in your experience?
On another note, I understand they offer the software for free with the account. Is the software web based or a windows application that links to their servers? If I program my system in tradestation are they able to see the code?
