Offline/online alerting

I am currently a happy user of prorealtime.com - I think their charting is great but they don't do email alerting and their alerts trigger every tick which is very annoying if it's moving above and below your alert.

So, I'm looking for software or an online service where I can program in numerous TA rules (MACD, CCI, etc.) across different instruments and then be emailed or SMS'd when any of these rules are met. I know there are a couple of allround packages like Tradestation that would do this but that seems like overkill.

Any ideas ??
