Anyone know of good options charting software? That allows you to chart options prices intraday or even daily/weekly w/high, low, close, open int.? I've been using Visual Options Analyzer from http://voptions.com, which comes close... it has a 3d graph and projections using black-scholes... but I need something that I can plot options with using candlesticks, like stocks...

Why would you look at charts of options. Option prices derive from the underlying, not the other way around. Charting won't do much good.

Why would you want to look at charts of stock prices. Stock prices derive from the underlying [fundamentals], not the other way around. Charting won't do much good.

I want to see the daily spread and how the volatility changes. There's alot of options charting software out there, and I was seeing if anyone's got any recommendations for some good ones. Just because you don't know how to use a tool doesn't mean its not useful.

I use tradestation which I don't think does quite what you want but can do the following but only for US markets

Plot intraday price for a single option (not particularly useful IMO)
Plot IV for all options on one underlying calculated EOD.
Output as numbers in usual tabular form curent IV on all individual strikes, overall IV and individual Put and call IV all in realtime.

Also quite good capability for strategy search, payoff diagrams etc.

I suggest you ask again on the options forum as there may be others with good info

Regards
