Updated AgetData indicator for MT4.
With the original some of the tools such as fibos and Ellipse moved, it doesn't appear to happen in this version but double check to be sure.
After starting MT4 it may take a minute or more for charts to update especially the 1min.

This update is the previous AGData indicator plus MT2W59 that converts data that can be displayed in the Wave59 charting program — Ctrl+K to update.
However see enclosed instructions, using both indicators seems to provide better data for AG charts.

i have 2 quistions :
1Q: Agetdata indicator is allready working well but the only problem with it when used with 4hr and 1hr charts it plott the price but the time is different for example if i use it with 4hrs chart it gives me the right prices but the time is ( nov 2004 ) not nov 2006 !!!!!
2Q: how can i adjust wave 59 to read the data from metatrader4

Hi Ahmedalhoseny and thanks.
1A: In order to display intraday charts in AG eod one has to create pseudo Daily charts —
ie no Time stamp only Dates (I used to do that manually until the indicator was created).
For instance my EURUSD 1min chart is currently displaying September 1947 dates and my 4H chart is displaying June 1933 dates, so you have to live with 'incorrect' Dates and no Time stamp.
2A: I don't have W59 installed however think you can attach only the AGData OR the MT2Wave59 indicator to charts (tho I have both indicators in the MT4/Experts/Indicators folder).
If you're using both AG and W59 you need to attach the AGData and update MT4 charts, then delete the AGData indicator and repeat the process using the MT2Wave59 indicator.
Once you've done that you should be able to access the MT4 data files via W59 File/Open, forgotten the process but will re-install W59 if you're still having problems.

is there is any option to save the price data in separate folders for example folder for daily data ,other for 4hrs data and so on

you must setup AG exactly as the jpgs illustrate - contained in the first zip
often data won't be collected and displayed as a chart in AG because one of
the items in the Properties page/menu is incorrect
Hello Trdr,
I have added the indicator to MT4 but it didn't generate any files under \program files\experts\files folder. I'm running windows vista. Do you see any reason why this maybe an issue?

It looks like windows vista issue. The indicator is generating file in windows xp but not in vista. Any ideas?

It looks like it did generate those .prn files in the correct location but I'm unable to see them via explorer or mycomputer. I changed folder setting to display hidden files and other options but no luck. AGet can see them so I'm ok with that. I think it must be due to security settings. Happy to work with it for now.

The indicator in the zip will convert MT4 intraday price data into pseudo Daily data so it can be imported by Advanced GET eod and charts displayed.
