Exporting from Metastock

Hi. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to export a list (the result of a scan) from Metastock into a text file? All I really need is the symbol list, but if there is extra data included in the output, I don't mind. I tried to print to a file from the print dialog box, but the resultant file wasn't a text file. Found It

After playing around for a while I came across the 'save to file' option on the scan list (duh). Text file obtained which I was then able to save into Excel as required. Cheers
