I log on to FS WS.
Chart appears for 1 second then vanishes.
Q1. Is it perhaps the exchange data (Globex), does this happen around holidays? I am new to futures hence my "basic" questions.
Q2. I have also automatically installed a Futuresource update (2.00.212 I think). Could this be the problem. I do not know if the problem was there anyway as the update was processed as soon as I logged on.
