Tradestation charting wrong

Hi guys, I am a little dessapointed here. Is this normal for tradestation to be have different charting then real wold ? I wouldnt been stopped out on three other charting but I was stopped out today on trade station.

Anybody had such a experience? Is it worth ringing their help desk?

It sometimes can happen due to data cache. Try clearing your TradeStation cache and reloading the chart.

In forex different platforms display different charts. In that platform someone, maybe another trader or traders, took your stop. Why does that surprise you?
