What is the Equivalent Function in EasyLanguage

I have just started coding in easy language. My job is to convert the Amibroker afl code to Tradestation Easylanguage code. I want to know what is the equivalent timeframeSet, Param and ValueWhen functions(amibroker) available in Tradestation Easylanguage.
