Metastock Formula help for volume

Dear Sir,

i want intraday formula for volume with following details:

1: this must be applicable for one minute data

2: when new candle is formed if the price closes up
volume will be positive. if price closes down in next second
volume will be negative

3: volume bar should have two colour which will add volume in
positive & negative bar individually

4: we should also have positive & negative volume figure

this will help for taking postion in market
