time session breakout code for TS2000i

Anyone have TS code for a time session breakout.eg:
1.A signal on breakout
2.Session times to be a variable

Im looking for code that :

will issue a signal on the break of the high or the low on the session time that i stipulate.

eg: tradestation to recognise a time session between 10:00- 12:00 and for tradesation too issue a signal on the break of the high or low

There is no inbuilt indicators for your specification. But this can be done on demand.
