Is it fair pricing?

I don't remember if I mentioned this product before, but I looked it up earlier, and recently I decided to visit site of this product (ProTrader), and found there very interesting section like Pricing, so I wanted to share it with you, not for advertising, but just purposing to find out your opinion about such price policy. If you open an account with them they will steal your money and identity.

Why deal with a East European company when you can deal with a UK or US one? Like I said common sense.
