Hi guys,

I'm thinking of using TS however want to know if it will do what I require before I sign up.

Just a couple of questions, can I customize entry and exit signals driven by custom indicators underneath?

And

How many indicators can I put together to create my entry? I.e. can I use 11 different indicators to decide an entry?

Finally

Can I optimize my entry signal?

what software are you using now?

Only e-signal for charting/data, nothing for backtesting, so going to be a huge learing curve.

But I have a lot of ideas I want to use to develop a system, so wondering if TS can do the above?

I think you can.

You should also check out MultiCharts. It uses the same EasyLanguage as TradeStation. It hooks up to eSignal (except ondemand), plus many other broker/datafeed; you are not tied to TradeStation as the broker.

MultiCharts has a 30 day trial, that should give you an idea of what autotrades can do for you.
