backing up metatrader?

hi,

i was wondering if anyone has an answer to this?

i will shortly be formating my main drive (c and looking to reinstall everything on it again.

i was wondering whether there is a way to back up my meta trader so i can have all the data that i have imported (alpari historical data) into MT4 ready for when i reinstall without having to re import everything and set timeframes again....


i have tried to search google, here...and have not found anything at all....can anyone help a poor newbie?

Just copy the Meter Treader folder under C:\Program Files after fresh installation copy and paste expert folder from copies folder
