I have a few questions for you. Are you going to show your entry prices, entry times and lot or share sizes? If it resembles anything like most journals for forex, I doubt very many people will be interested. :innocent:

Screenshots of a graph are meaningless with verification.

It looks like you will be doing something similar to new_trader. I look forward to future posts.

Screenshots of a graph are meaningless with verification: That's why I post the above for readers to do their own homework and validate trades. Otherwise, they will never know.

I look forward to future posts: Thank you.

You took this statement out of context. I did not mean that they will not be interested in general. There are quite a few members who have taken a certain member to task for not listing the aforementioned things.

Validate how exactly?

I look forward to future posts: Thank you.

I have had many discussions with him. He is a great guy. He is one of the few genuine people here.

Validate how exactly?

The only way to validate a trade is to see if the entry price was hit (passed is better but not required) at the time of fill, and if the target or entry price was subsequently hit at the time of either target or stop. This is all the proof a trader needs to validate any given set of entry, target and stop prices, since if they can match the entry, they can also match the exit. Broker's data sources vary slightly, but if my entry is filled at X price, I don't care if the market printed on the other side or not; I'll take it. Searching for a trader's individual print in the time and sales window would be a futile exercise.

So, what you are saying is that you will not be posting something like this?

Typing "I bought this" and "I sold this" seems like a futile exercise.

If not, are you going to be posting what you will be buying in advance?

... are you going to be posting what you will be buying in advance?

No. Guessing entries for the market in advance is little better than 50/50 gambling, against the house.

For readers in this thread, the time stamp and video will be enough. If I decide to heed requests and start a subscription service in the future, they will see my DOM live in real time via video conference. If they are fast, they may choose to mirror my entry. If slow or passive, they should not subscribe to any advisory service at all.

The videos, showing the actual entry plus target and stop orders, are enough. If readers want or need more to be convinced, they cannot have it.

Good night.

That is an interesting statement. I have been doing just that in my journal. :whistling

You do realize that whenever you place a trade, you are in fact making a prediction about the market. Why would you buy long if you did not think that the market was going up?

I will not be posting DOM and chart screenshots in this thread. The video is enough.
