Sigma Derivatives/Mint Partners

Can anyone tell me any info on the above mentioned two companies. what they trade? How they go about recruiting people. Does anyone work for them or have had experience working for them??

I couldn't really be arsed to reply to this thread but since you begged:

Sigma Derivatives:
-Futures prop shop
-If you put your own money up/show a consistently profitable track record, then you can trade any futures contract available
-Occasioally run adverts for trainee traders
-Trade out of the Fortis office

Mint Financial:
- Inter Dealer Broker
- Know a bloke on the fixed income desk
-Don't really take on trainees, some broking experience/city contacts/transferable client list required.

If a self-backed trader, Sigma also take 20% of your net.
