PROP firms good bad and ugly

Any recommendation for middle level # TRUE prop firms!
(# meaning not at very high end and not the dodgy ones who charge thousands for so called "education" with a vague promise of Funding!:(n))
Those where a trader can bring some capital and trade through the firm and in return the firm provides training and partially funds
Specially those who specialize in
-Pairs trading
- Stat arb
- Mean reverting spread trading

Thanks these seems to be clearing/ technology firms what I am looking for is genuine training firms who specializes in Spread/ market Neutral/ Pairs trading and offer paid training but are reputable and not all that BS of "Take our test combine and we might give funding"
