Refco Trading services....

Does any body know what the situation is with RTS????

I have spoken to a few people, and nobody seems to know what is going on, and hence have no confidence in trading etc......

This has dragged out far to long now ever since the loss of TT etc....
Ideas anybody????????

Why don't you enlighten us then as to what is going on? If MacBund's part of the August grad intake he won't have a clue as to what's going on - last in, last to know.

I'm at another prop shop and we're constantly being barraged with you Refco boys trying to negotiate deals. Sounds like rats (not that Refco traders are rats) fleeing a sinking ship to me.......

Refco Trading Services has been bought by MAN (Bloomberg), no-one knows what will happen with the company until they come in the office to determine what changes need to be made, if any.
There are rumours that RTS will get TT back but again this is a rumour.

You are like the rest of us, just waiting to hear from the Management about what is going on but to be honest I dont think they are being told anything either.

If you can, just keep your heads down and try and concentrate on your trading, i know this is hard with all the rumours flying around, just remember, they are rumours.
