Unless I am mistaken, FXCM seems to be offering the chance to be recruited into becoming a hedge fund manager !!

If you can trade for at least 6 months, and show your own account growing, recruiters could offer you a job playing iwth other peoples money.

I have only scanned it, as I am having to work for the next few weeks, but have a look.

FXCM had something similar on their website about two years ago, so it is not totally new. Though they have seemed to have re-vamped and better articulated and formulated the program.

If you were being totally cynical you could argue it was just a marketing incentive for you to open an account and trade with them with less than a 2% chance of attracting client money even if you do make great returns on your account. They give no names or even vague details of anybody they have helped to become a 'hedge fund manager'. Anybody care to try and get that info?

I have no idea what their commission/spreads/customer service are like, and FX is not my thing, but if you do have a good track record (with a sizable account) there are people who will set you up as a hedge fund for a one off flat fee (still tens of £1000's). I doubt FXCM would absord those costs as well.
