US markets to london markets transition

hello all,

just wanna quiz your brains a bit - Im currently trading us equities markets from home in the afternoon and would like to split the day and spend the morning trading UK markets but quite fancy a bit of company. I have my risk management and trading style etc worked out but not sure how this would transfer to UK markets. Any thoughts?

Im not really interested in any training or learning about new securities at the present. Would just like to find an arcade with nice blokes and someone who I can pay a bit of cash for a weeks crash course in the nuances of the UK equites to get me up and running. I dont need any fancy software - just charting and level 2 direct access.
What sort of cash would i need to get a bum on seat for the morning and weeks hand holding till im comftable with the new system etc? Has anyone or is anyone out there doing a similar thing?
