Enhanced system tester :Best Period to analyse Securites?(in crisis)

I want to analyse securities and find good opportunities in this
period of crisis.

So, I analyse "securities" and "Systems", but what is the best period
to choose ? 1 year, 6 months, 3 months ?

Longuer, the analyse is good. But in this time of crisis, is the
shorter period (6 month, 3 month) better ?
