Nasdaq velocity and forces Tool

I was looking at the demo of Nasdaq velocity and forces tool which is available via Scottrade Elite account ONLY. The tool is intuative but gives a very good and absolute picture of buy and sell pressures, which in turn drive the price up or down in the short term.

I have not used this and therefore have no idea how effective and reliable this tool is?
Has any one used this tool?
I love the Idea but i am not sure how reliable Scottrade Elite is for intraday trading (minutes). I have heard bad reviews of their feeds and execution.

Does any one know if there is anyother way to get this tool ?

Thanks for your reply. I am not a customer right now but have been considering scottrade for a while due to its elite software. I was wondring if you guys let new traders test the demo version of Elite like many other brokers do.
