Bit of help please. I daytrade the Dax (on 3 min charts) using just the previous day's high and low as trigger points, ie. if the index goes below the previous day's low I get in with a short trade and vice versa for a long trade with the high of the previous day.

It works 'ok' as a strategy, but I was wondering if any other board members have a better strat, in the same vein ?

Thanks in anticipation.......

I would like something like this too, but much, much better. I want something that triggers a long trade just before the market breaks out and triggers a short trade just before the market breaks down. I want to make about 10 ES points/day minimum with no drawdown.

Thanks.

Does anyone have an opinion, trading 2/3 times a day, without indicators, which is best to trade. I'm curious as I only trade the FT & wondered as the same spreads are now available, whether the DAX is a smoother mover! I can only see the recent few days, and I can't see much difference. dax seemed to lead the FSTE at some points on Friday!!
