Today I spent some time fiddling with my chart/s & indicators. I set all lines to the desired thickness, changed the indicator colours, candle colours and background colours.
The result is a chart that is nice to look at and is very easy on the eye, in terms of non-dazzling colours that absorb and don't reflect light, bolder line thickness', and now I don't have to squint, as everything jumps off the chart at me.
Anyway, I think that it is worth spending the time to get these settings to as near to perfect for yourself as possible, and this can only be of benefit to ones trading.
Previously with TS8.2, i was using a black background, with green and red candles.
I'm now using MT4, and have gone for a misty rose background, a grey grid, magenta bear candles, aqua bull candles, with a solid black candle outline.
My indicators use different colours again, and no two items on the chart uses the same colour.
