Excel RSI and MA

Hi

My braincell seems to have gone on holiday today !!

Im trying to create a simple spreadsheet which shows the calculation of a RSI(14) with a MA(80)

Any help ?

rharmelink - I was actually using ta-lib - however the RSI funciton keeps returning #NA (I put in {=TA_RSI(F3:F35,14)})

I get #NA for the first 14 elements of the resultant array. After that, it looks fine. You can get #NA for everything if some of the elements in F3:F35 are non-numeric.

Ive got just numbers in Column F (the close prices download) - I have formatted them as numbers with 4 decimals places (and can get the correct sum)
