momentum porfolio using excel

I hope this is a form I can upload my question...sorry if it's not just let me know...
Well my qustion is:
I would like to ask whether anyone knows how to make momentum portfolio (holding period would be 3 months while formation period is 3 months as well) using Excel Macro or MatLab.
