Is this is a good enough laptop?

I will be attending college in the fall and will be needing a laptop. Unfortunately, I'm limited to $500-600 at most, so my options are limited. I'm looking to get one that can handle watching movies, word, excel, browsing, and stuff like that simultaneously. But more importantly, it needs to have enough power for me day trade, stream tv like bloomberg, browse news and stuff like that. One laptop I found was this one:

The cheapest ****tiest laptop you can find out there (new) will be good enough for what you want.
