Can't Log On To Elitetrader.com

I've 'deleted all' in the internet section of internet explorer. (Although Trade2Win still recognizes me as well).I can reach an Elitetrader page but I'm logged on as another user name.I tried the 'help' and 'logout' links but I'm sent to an 'error 504' gateway timeout page.Can anyone help or do you have their support's email address,please?

i think ET must be down as I cant access the site either?

yes, i couldn't access ET as well, already tried for a few hours

Ok thanks very much everyone.Nice to know I haven't been banned!But strange that I end up with a page with another user name,even if it is full of unuseable links.
