Hi,
Ive noticed a black band at the top of the monitor on one of my machines. the monitor is a dell flat panel.
i dont know if the black band is an issue with the monitor, just the way it is, or a configuration issues.
the band is really quite small (few pixels deep) and not really a bother, infact i dont know if ive only just noticed it or if it has only just occurred. either way, is there anyway to find out.
ive done all the basic stuff from windows, but there doesnt seem to be any help.
