do you require a developer?

As well as my trading activities I run a small software development house and would like to offer my services (which include access to 4 developers and an ex-investment banking front office business analyst) to any professional traders out there who require some development work as we are looking to develop a few showcase apps in this field. We can also assist with minor ad-hoc issues e.g. how do I get excel to do <> with VB to developing a complete system against an API - we have a strong developer on the front-end who can do some excelleng things with .NET.

I can supply further details including a synopsis of the team if anyone is interested

I have done a little Delphi programming. Would like to use the ESignal API to run my own Delphi program but their API is only available in VB or C++ which I would rather not have to learn. Can you convert their software to give me a Delphi program so that I can download the ESignal data into an IB database for further analysis. If so can you give me a quote on the cost of doing so.
