Hi,

As I am not very familiar with this issue I would like to ask for assistance, please.

When I will buy headset and would like to make calls(SkypeOut) can I use headset and also how will I dial numbers? Will I use PC keypad?

Thanks.

Yes. Buy a reasonably good quality headset and microphone (just not the bottom of the range) for use with Skype. Tell the guys in the computer store what you want it for and they can make a recommendation.

You can use the PC keypad or click on the phone buttons on skype.

if you look in the skype store on the skype website you can also buy complete USB skype phones with a build in keypad for dialling numbers.

I've been a happy skyper since the first beta and can remember when there were less than 10k users! great product, has saved me tons on my phone calls.

I have been using a dual phone cordless phone for around six months. I cannot recommend the service highly enough. These phones allow regular and skype calls to be made at same time and you can actually be around 100 metres from base station and they still work.

Great value and totally recommended. There is an online store in Melbourne that ships them very quickly. Just do a google.com.au search for skype dual phone and should find it.

Me too. An added bonus is that you can do conference calls of up to 5 users at a time.
