AOL Spyware Protect 'Blocks' But It Returns!

I block and sometimes delete Escorcher and advanced keylogger when AOL spyware protect finds them but if I run another scan immediately afterward they're often there again!I run spyware blaster too and this doesn't stop them.What can I do?

most of the tools AOL provides suck. sounds like you have some hidden script or something that is automatically resintalling the spyware, if AOL even removed it in the first place - the really persistent stuff is very hard to get rid of.

Do you have service pack 2 installed? have you got MS's antispyware protection installed? have you tried Lavasofts Adaware?

you could also try BT-Yahoo anti-spy (free, very good and very quick at scanning) and the ubiquitous Spybot
