Eclipse - ISP - Service Issues?

Anyone recently been experiencing outages from this lot?

Their website claims they had a 'problem' back at the beginning of May but nothing logged since.

Their tech support and customer service numbers are permanently engaged (which may indicate a wide scale issue) so I have been unable to confirm with them directly.

The last couple of days have had relatively long periods of 'non-operational capability' and I wondered if it was my end or theirs.

Their service has been good overall in the year or so I've used them so not considering switching - yet, but it would be good to get a fix on the scale of the problem.

Looks like they are having some fairly serious problems -

There is currently a routing issue on the Eclipse core network. Engineers are aware and are investigating the issue as a matter of urgency.

Engineers suspect a memory issue on one of the core routers caused a corruption to the routing table, preventing routing out of the Eclipse core network onto the Internet. The issue has now been cleared. Engineers will liaise with the hardware vendor as to the possible cause.

Engineers are investigating a few ongoing issues with routing.

One of our transit routers appears to have invalid routing entries which it received during the outage earlier this evening. Engineers will restart this router at 01:30.
