Day Trading Computer Question

I'm very new at learning day trading and only have a Mac computer. Most trading platforms are more PC friendly so I am thinking of buying either a laptop or desktop PC to practise on. Question is, I am only a beginner to day trading and still learning the ropes. Which computer should I buy so I don't blow my budget in case trading doesn't work out? I figure if I have a laptop then all is not lost since it will always come in handy but at the same time which laptop should I get as I have no idea about the PC market being a mac user tx!!!

My friend, how old is you Mac? If it's Intel based system you are already all set. There are couple issues you can solve:

Install windows as a second system, there is such option MAC OS.
You Virtual Machine to have a windows as s aecond system ( so do I)
Use crossover software to lunch Windows app on Mac.

MT4 platfor do not need to very powerful PC.
