Need Help loading tick data

I need to load data onto a PC that has it's ports closed to MT4. I have the software loaded but cannot connect to 'automatically' get the feed from the broker. But at home, I can get the data cause I have it there.

I found places that offer files in varying formats. Usually a txt.
