Timezone & DST Settings

I have never understood how to get this to work. Regardless of whether I have:

DST always on
DST always off
DST Detect automatically

The posts are always 1 hour behind the actual time that they were posted.

Any suggestions ?

DST corrections always on.

Although I'm in the middle of a SE Asian jungle I find setting my mental timezone to Blighty-time keeps me in tune with you folk 'back home'.

These settings always work OK for me Paul.

Well, it's supposed to detect the DST settings from Windows using some form of trickery. But it more often than not seems to get it wrong, so I usually end up turning it on or off all the time - and like TB that works for me.
