The new "trading reviews" section, is there a glaring omission?

Well I can't see a section for "Trader Training Company Reviews" And there should be one as there are lots of companies offering their services to the public who might like to share their experiences on an open forum etc.

Chaps & Chapesses,
As you will appreciate (I hope), there are thousands of possible sites out there and it simply isn't practicable to list them all. If there are any glaring omissions - and I don't doubt that there are - please bring them to my attention and I will add them. All I ask is that I'm supplied with an URL. If there's anything else I should do in the interests of the site and its members - just let me know and, if I can, I will do it!
Tim.

I agree, and I don't mind, it's in my interest's that people do not care I guess or that they remain confused, conned, bamboozled, ripped off , exploited. It's food after all.

Pick any training , that'll do . If this site doesn't care, why should anyone else ?

Tim, with the greatest of respect my old China stop it..you know exactly what fookin section is missing and why.. and why it's the most important addtion that needs to be made....;)

Just laughable. Worse, someone at t2w must have figured no one would notice.
It really makes ya just scratch your head and wonder.

Hi all,
Okay, I assume you're all referring to an obvious bug that none of the sub-categories have anything in them!
Thanks for highlighting it. I've got our wonderful tech' team onto it.

Re. spinola's point about trainers etc, - the old sub-category entitled 'Trading Systems' has been re-named 'Courses & Coaching etc.' and vendors of such courses will be housed in there. At the moment, they're all lumped in together due to some technical issue. In due course I'll manually separate all the 80+ sites into their respective sub-categories - assuming the tech' chaps can't sort it with their magic. Thank you for your patience!
;)
Tim.

Well, you didn't have to wait long thanks to the skill of the tech' team.
Sorted! I assume this addresses everyone's concerns?
So peeps - over to you - get reviewing!
Tim.

Why do I feel that wasn't what Black Swan was referring to...
Which is what?
if the points covered in my last 2 posts don't address whatever it is those of you in the know know, then I genuinely don't know what you're (not) banging on about. However, I console myself with two thoughts: 1) I'm not the only one who appears not to know and so, if there is an omission, it's not that glaring! And 2) if no one is prepared to tell those of us that don't know what they know - then I (or other T2W staff) can't be expected to do anything about it. Know what I mean?
:cheesy:
Tim.

I'll bite. I also dont know what they're referring too. Dony feel too bad, tiny tim.
In fact, I didn't even know that there was a new traders review section!
But Could it be something to do with a section about known scammers or something??

Wait a mo, now that some interest is building we could roll this into a xmas competition with a prezzie to the winner ? :)

I have had my guess mind !

Try searching the reviews for the subject of this thread:
http://www.trade2win.com/boards/general-trading-chat/105638-mike-baghdady-training-traders.html

Since most of the negative posts get deleted on that thread and the subject company is a t2w partner who apparently threatens legal action against t2w at every turn, it's difficult to believe anyone working for t2w is clueless about the omission.

Also, their "other" company, Spyglass is nowhere to be found in the review section.

Someone, correct me if I'm wrong...

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the post, although I'd be amazed if you were right as nowhere in my job description does the word 'clairvoyant' appear. I've said repeatedly that all anyone has to do is provide a link to any site they want added and I'll do it. All this 'I know and I don't believe you don't know' nonsense is unnecessary and a waste of my time. It's so sooooo simple; just provide an URL and I'll add it. Is that really too much to ask?
At Peter's suggestion, I've added:
SpyGlass Trading Solutions
It takes 24 hours for the system to update (please don't ask me why) - so the page may not appear until sometime tomorrow Thurs 17th.
Keep in mind this is the Reviews section of the site, so a review should be exactly that and discussion should be confined to forum threads. Added clarity is prived here: 3. Are there any guidelines about writing reviews?
Tim.

Seriously, Tim??
You guys deleted over 30 negative posts regarding a t2w partner on that thread AND stated at least some of the deletions were caused by threats of legal action. All that fuss, then those companies don't appear in the new reviews section and we are not supposed to think something is up?

One last thought....

Will you be wasting members time by removing negative reviews as you do negative thread posts? It would make the whole reviews section a complete waste of time.

Also, as requested, please add: trainingtraders.com
It is the subject of the thread I linked to in my previous post.
