Has anyone tried the course at www.swingtradingfordummies.com? It sounded interesting, but I wanted to talk to someone who has tried it.

Based on the returns shown in their charts on the home page, I think I would pass....., the return posted seems to indicate that they have a problem generating profits with their system.

There are traders showing their methods on this board who are showing far greater returns and they are not charging a fee....

Hi Coach720,
I haven't tried that site before, but http://www.swing-trade-stocks.com/ is a great site to learn about swing trading and its all free. I've learned a lot from that site and its one of the few sites that really make sense to me. Check it out, don't matter your experience its a great read for swing traders.

Get a good book to start with. You can then start virtual trading and track your performance. Try
1)Stock Market Blueprint for the Diligent Investor,
2) The Naked Trader, or
3) Short term trading in the new stock market.

Yeah... stock trading courses are always something to be wary off. I kind've get the feeling that if these people are so good they would be doing it themselves and making a lot more money.

Just be careful and know what you are getting yourself into. People claiming outrageous returns are probably not where you want to be.

Just ask for a copy of their trading account returns (verified). You won't hear much more from them apart from a lot of excuses if they're not genuinely worth learning from.
