A bull in the bear (stock market)

I am seeing a bull in the bear now. I guess market going to stabilise soon and may resume uptrend very slowly. Of course, we may not be able to see last year kind of return (over 100% return easily).....Return of more than 20% or more is still possible this year.
I am saying this now when Europe markets are currently coming down. Am I mad????
