I trade adr's v.s localshares trading in Europe.
i noticed several cases that the adr is trading with significant premium without
a reason that i'm aware of.
example of adr's are BHP BILITON (bbl) with almost 1%, SOCIETE GENERAL (scgly) with 3%, ING GROEP (ing) with 12% premium.
i dont see any dividend announcments that can explain such price discrepancy.
Anyone can shed some light?
