There is a software called Rapidsptrading. its ok. you have to buy it though it costs around $250. I think its worth the money if you learn from it.

A cheaper option would be to get quotetracker (free www.quotetracker.com) and pay for a feed that will give you level 1, level 2, T & S and real time data. This will cost you in the region of $56.
You can't use it as a simulator however it is a cheap way to learn if this is what you are after.

How about some freeware?

If you are really looking for fully automated trading where you can walk out of the house while it trades the market 100% on it's own, then there's only one product that does it. CoolTrade's fully automated trading system. They also only charge $40 a month to use it and the software is free.
