Dematerialisation of OTC stock certificates

Hi,

As a result of an investment I have a number of stock certificates of an US OTC listed company representing significant value (at least for me). These stock certificates are held by and issued in the name of my personal holding company, which is a European entity.

Can anyone advise me on a broker (US or European) that can help me dematerialize these certificates so I can trade them?
