Live Data on Earnings Announcement?

Hi guys,

Do you know where we can get data on EPS releases in real time (without any lag)?

Most of the profits trading on EPS surprise are eliminated within the hour so this could be useful.

Also useful would be sources for real time data on analyst recommendation changes?
