Appian Technology

Just wanted a general concensus on appian Technology, which recently list on the AIM market. They make number plate recognition systems for CCTV cameras, congestion charging and related products. I feel this has huge potential over the medium to long term. The competition consists mainly of three other UK based co's, but with appian having a higher % accuracy rate they will surely leave the rest standing.
Any opinions on this would be welcome
