Hi there, I am brand new to this. Does anyone know anything about American Utilicraft Corporation? I believe that it may be about to relaunch as Utilicraft Airospace Industries. The formers' shares are worthless. What about the new ones?

Anybody out there/ I have held AMUC stock for several years when I acquired them via a boilerroom scam. Since then I have had several approaches to sell my shares as part of a hostile takeover but I have always refused because they always wanted funds put in Escrow, or a high fee for derestriction. The scam is that once I pay the fee they then tell me I have warrants attached to my shares and have to treble the fee to clear the warrants. They tempt me by saying they will then buy the extra shares at the same price: if you already paid a fee this is not refunded, that is once you pay you cannot get out of the deal. Well it hasn't happened yet and the fact that I am now on at least my 4th offer for these shares, and the previous 3 claimed that they got their 51% and did not need my shares I know that someone is lying to me, either the previous 3 or the current one. Has anyone any experience with Philip Equity Management? Also they say the shares can be derestricted in 5 days by International Exchange Regulatory Agency in Japan. Since when can a foreign agency derestrict US stock? Last time I was told that all derestriction was carried out in one state. Note SEC warnings about bogis regulators. I have had that tried on me before too.
Do I have idiot stamped on my forehead?
I know this is a scam. Any body else been contacted?

Another approach from a company claiming to be able to get me money for my AMUC shares.
Anybody else been approached by P.A.N. SECURITIES LP?
I know this will be a scam, the same format every time. Takeover requires 51% of the shares and I am on the list. Failure to take part means once the takeover is complete my sharea will be worthless- like they are not already! I have to sign a non disclosure agreement and at some point I will be asked to forward money to derestrict the shares or some other excuse. I will follow this through to see how much they want.
keep you posted

Hey kenmar, I've been off this site for a while. Good to se you're still posting. Have a feeling we were both done by the same people. I've had dozens or maybe hundreds of these idiots calling with the same old rubbish ever since they got me onthe Linsure scam. It's amazing that they think you don't learn.
I've just posted separately to warn about the same thing as you've raised here. Not had the AMUC approach before - it's always been Linsure, but the thieves approaching me are calling themselves Pacific Capital Management and referring to the non-existent 'Equities Trading Commission' as a Government Regulator involved in this 'sale'. It was great to hear the silence when I asked about the trading history of AMUC. This joker who was supposed to be handling the sale of the company couldn't even tell me what they make - could it be nothing?
Hope nobody has already been caught on this one. If so, write it off and don't even think about trying to get your money back. It won't happen.
